about me
This page will be the one and only “about me” that I will write. Too many sites/profiles have an “about me” section that I never fill out, so I’m not sure why I am doing this…
I was born in June in the year 1974. That makes me almost 34 (writing this in May 2008).
My name is Chris.
I am a liberal. Some would say that I am very liberal (my ex) - others would say that I am more conservative (my current girlfriend). So maybe that makes me more center-weighted - slightly leaning to the left.
I help people deal with technology for a living. I work for a Kansas power company. I love my job.
I love taking photographs. I have posted a few to this site, and a few more to chrisfrost.net (I bet you can guess what my last name is…).

I feel good when I wake up in the morning (mostly). I have lost about 70 pounds in the last 2 years - gained a little back over the winter, but for the most part, kept it off. I did this by simply eating well. No extra workouts. I just stopped eating Fast Food, and I stopped drinking Pepsi (and all other soft drinks), and for the most part have stopped eating meat (with the exception of fish).
I, for the last year, have done about 10 minutes of Yoga every morning after I wake up. This makes my core feel tighter (good for my lower back).
What else…
I love MUSIC. I play violin, guitar, and I love to hand drum (my Djembe is my favorite drum). I played classical violin from kindergarten through the end of high school (graduated in 1992 - Topeka High!!).
I will stop writing for now, as I will be leaving work soon for the day. There will be more of “me” added to this page (or I may just delete it, who knows…)
