Monday in Topeka
It’s going to be hot today. Looks like the high will be 103 - already it’s 83 at 8:30am…
I’m going to run for lunch today (and sweat…. and sweat….). I’m looking forward to it though. The feeling during and after a run is not like anything i’ve ever felt.
I have reconnected with the folks out at Subterra recently. It had been a long time - I’m very excited about this.
Violin lesson after work today (I need to practice a bit more before I head out). I’ve been working on the Bach Double with my sister lately - sounds cool when we are together on it!
