    I suppose that I must explain myself when I post something like this.

    In my limited knowledge of the way the world works, I have seen China as an abuser of human and animal rights. I do understand that we are all one people, worldwide, and I know that most people are good (in the world - i do know this).

    Back to my limited understanding of things, I have lately chosen to express my opinions on this site more than I have in the past, and something that has always affected me is any sort of abuse of another living creatures rights (including here in the USA).

    I have never been to China. I have seen beautiful photos of the Chinese countryside, and the beautiful people that live in that area.

    I have some serious problems with the government here in America as well, and I speak out about those problems. If I were in China, I very well could have been detained by now for expressing myself. It is this that most offends me. I can count many many things that are wrong with the people that run America, but I can express my dislike on a site like this without worry that I might disappear.

    In short, we are all one people, and should be able to speak our minds. China does not allow this. That is why we must speak out now on this issue, only because we are told it will not be accepted, we MUST rebel. We can be locked up, but we can NEVER be truly silenced - as one people we must all stand up for who we are.

    (getting off of my soapbox now)
