Stand Up

by Rusty

Do not lie down!

The time has almost arrived for us to be strong and sacrifice. We must give everything including our own lives so that we WILL NOT be prisoners of the hypocrisies of this state of fear!

Rebel! Speak out! Let go of the fear. No one can control what YOU think.

Act.

Thank you!! I think I must have been in a rebellious mood when I wrote this! Pretty short, but I got my idea out.

I still feel that now more than ever it is necessary to let go of what holds us back and live every day for what we have passion for.

    Unknown-

The world WILL come to an end at some point. I believe in about 5-6 Billion years, the star that gives us life will expand far enough into our solar system to devour the planet we call Earth.

That end to this planet is definite.

I do believe, however, that in our own lives, we have the power to change. We have the power to change what we control. And all that we can truly control are our own thoughts and ideas.

At the start of any change in life is a change in attitude.

I know that I will die. I do not know when I will die, but I am sure that my life will come to an end within the next 80-100 years (I’m 33 now). The death of my body could come within the next few moments, or the next few decades.

Knowing this does not depress me (mostly), nor does it make me want to give up or give in. Knowing this helps me to understand that I am not permanent, nor is anything that I possess. In letting go of the idea that things are permanent, we can become free in a way that most people do not understand.

In freeing my mind and body of the idea that most things I cannot change, I can start to understand that our own positive vibrations and thoughts reverberate throughout the universe, and will come back to us stronger then when we sent them out.

I do know, however, that no matter how positive of an attitude we have, some situations in life can really suck. It seems like you, Unknown, are dealing with one of those trying times.

All I can say is be strong. Do not forget that many before you have suffered in the same ways you are suffering, and we as a people, as one people, have come through the negative and have become stronger because of it.

My thoughts are with you, Unknown.

    Take care,
    Rusty
