Okay
Today has been slightly stressful. Life in general has been good - finances have been tight lately, but that just means that I will make cuts on things that are not necessary.
That brings up a good point - I think that some of the stress that I feel comes from my life falling apart. It’s really not all that bad, but a lot of little things not being taken care of can lead to a big, stressful life experience.
Things that need focus:
- Money
- Get rid of unnecessary expenditures (food, toys, media)
- Exercise
- Yoga (expand it from 10m/day to 30m/day)
- Work out (40m/3 times a week - cardio and weights)
- Take 2 walks per week (wherever - work/home)
- Reconnect with Friends/Family
- Visit my grandparents
- Clean/Unclutter
- One room at a time
- Yardwork
- Meditate (clean your mind)
- Social
- Drum Circle (every other week - not that hard!)
I feel that this is a short, but to the point list that should help me focus on what needs focused on. I will try to post updates as I work through this list, and hope to report my stress level going down.
I also have collected a TON of Life/Happiness bookmarks that I will sort through and post a few that seem to be on target.
